SMS & Text Messaging Policy
How MDC Family Financial communicates with you by text — and how to opt out at any time.
Effective date: October 2, 2026
1. Program Description
MDC Family Financial ("we," "us," or "our") may send SMS/MMS text messages to individuals who have expressly opted in through our website contact form or other consent mechanisms. Messages may include information about life insurance products, policy quotes, appointment reminders, and follow-up communications related to your inquiry.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You will receive messages 3–5 times weekly based on your inquiry and activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
3. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Standard carrier messaging and data rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply to any SMS/MMS messages you send or receive. MDC Family Financial does not charge any additional fee for text communications. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan's messaging rates.
4. No Sharing of Your Mobile Number
MDC Family Financial will not sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent data with any third party for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is used solely to communicate with you about your insurance inquiry and related services.
5. How to Opt In
You opt in to receive text messages by checking the consent checkbox on our Contact / Quote Request form and submitting your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product or service. If you want to join again after opting out, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Contact / Quote Request form.
6. How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (480) 639-9549. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. You may also opt out using any of the following methods:
- Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
- Email us at [email protected] with "STOP SMS" in the subject line.
- Call us at (480) 639-9549 and request to be removed from text communications.
